Touching the earth we become whole. Becoming one with growing things we embrace the world. Discovering love for the ordinary, we experience life at its fullest. This day workshop will offer space for exploring our relatedness to the natural environment as it infiltrates even the city spaces. We will discover new ways of being through mindful contact with the aspects of life so often ignored.
This workshop will be led by Caroline Brazier, author of Acorns Among the Grass: Adventures in Ecotherapy, (O-Books 2011). Caroline is leader of the Amida psychotherapy training programme and author of six books on Buddhism and therapy. She travels internationally teaching and running workshops.
