Welcome. The IZT library is a collection of papers on topics related to pyschotherapy, pyschology and spirituality written by Amida Trust members and associates.
IZT is the Institute for Zen Therapy, established in 2011. IZT is the section of the Amida Trust concerned with Buddhist psychology practice and training. It is a new development, but inherits a training with an unbroken history reaching back to a first programme established in 1981.
Amida Trust is a Buddhist community concerned with the application of ancient wisdom to modern situations.
These papers have been online in various guises for a few years, origionally they were all on the old AT website. A couple of years ago they were transfered to a typepad blog, to make searching, and organaising, and adding new papers, easier to manage.
New papers have been added since then, but not all of the old papers have been assigned new categories. Some of the old papers were added as blog posts, some as pages, so there is still some sorting to be done - the organisation is a work in progress, but all the content is here, and it's well worth browsing through. You can also use the search box on the right.
You can use the categories on the right to find papers, or the links along the top, but there is a comprehensive list of all the current papers online here: IZT Libary.
